Know what you're getting

Bear Talent is a UK, officially TikTok-partnered LIVE agency. Membership is completely free — we don't charge you and we don't take a cut of your LIVE gifts. You're paid by TikTok; TikTok rewards the agency based on how the network performs, so our incentive is simply to help you do well. LIVE is our core focus, with short-form guidance alongside it. And your account stays yours — full control, always, and you can leave at any time.

Apply on TikTok

Joining runs through TikTok itself. The button at the bottom of this page takes you to the official Bear Talent Creator Network application on TikTok — it's the only place to apply.

• TikTok will ask you to log in to your TikTok account — that's normal; the application is tied to your account.
• The application takes a couple of minutes.

We review and invite

Bear Talent reviews applications, and if you're a fit you'll receive an invitation to the network. Accepting links your account to the agency inside TikTok — quick, official, and reversible if you ever choose to leave.

Meet your manager

You'll be matched with your personal manager, who stays in touch with you 1-1 on WhatsApp and is listed inside your TikTok account as your agency rep. They're your go-to for support, strategy, and questions.

Onboard and go LIVE with support

From there it's onboarding, training, and building: 1:1 mentoring tailored to your goals, live battles that boost visibility, exclusive training modules, and competitions and rewards across the network.

• Streaming guidance: we recommend around 15 hours of LIVE a week — especially while you're growing — but we're flexible if you're hitting your engagement and viewership goals.
• Fine details of your onboarding are confirmed with your manager when you join.
